Biography
Sam Wheeler is a Research Programmer at the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, where he contributes to data-driven studies examining representation across film, television, and music. Since joining the team in 2022, Sam has applied his expertise in data analytics and management to support research on popular media, including film, music, and television. His background enables him to play an important role in analytical work and in maintaining the Initiative’s data infrastructure. Sam earned a BS in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University and an MS in Statistics from Cal State Fullerton.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and watching sports.
